Karate
Shotokan Karate is a Japanese Martial Art, which uses physical exercise and mental discipline to
develop character. Classes are made up of a combination of basic technical training (kicks, punches
& stances), artistic expression (kata) and sparring (kumite). Benefits include Increased Fitness,
